DESCRIPTION:Kids in foster care and their caregivers in northeastern Kansas have 2 FREE STEAM summer camp opportunities this year! For KVC supported youth and families. \nOption 1: KIDS ONLY! \nFree camp for children in foster care who have finished kindergarten to age 12. Campers will enjoy fun\, science-filled days at the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center. Lunch provided. \nOption 2: WHOLE FAMILIES! \nFree camp for foster families–kids and grown ups! All ages welcome with caregivers. Enjoy fun and learning at the museum. Since opening in 2011 in Topeka\, Kansas\, the Discovery Center has become a special place where children can explore\, create\, discover and learn through play.
