About KVC Kansas
KVC Kansas is a private, nonprofit organization that serves over 12,000 children, teens and adults each year. Our team of caring professionals provides family strengthening and foster care prevention services, foster care case management, family reunification services, foster family recruitment and support, kinship care, adoption, aftercare, outpatient therapy and more.

K-PARC Workshop: Correcting Strategies- Wichita

Kansas Post Adoption Resource Center (K-PARC) is offering a free workshop on the Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). This intervention style provides methods to care for and help children who have experienced trauma. TBRI is an approach that any caregiver, educator or professional can use to help any child.
During this training, participants will learn to balance structure and nurture during interactions with children, the IDEAL Response and Levels or Response, and the importance of children being content, connected and changed after correction.
