The Foster Parent Advisory Board members serve as leaders of the greater foster parent population. All KVC foster parents are welcome to join the Foster Parent Advisory Board. Meetings will be held in the KVC Topeka office on the 3rd Thursday of each month. All meetings held from 6pm - 8pm. Upcoming meetings: February 21st
