Rebecca McFarland from the K-State extension office will be offering a training class for foster parents regarding effective communication between foster parents, biological parents, and kids. This training will discuss ways to become stronger in communicating with others. KVC Foster Parents will receive two training hours for attending. Please RSVP to your FSC.
