Kansas radio stations spread the word

Kansas radio stations are helping spread the word about the KVC Adopt an Angel program and how radio listeners can get involved.

Life 88.5, Kansas City Metro Christian radio station has partnered with KVC to promote the KVC Adopt An Angel Program in Kansas City and surrounding areas.  From November 7 to December 12 Life 88.5 will share with it listeners how they can help provide hope for the holidays for over 3,000 children in foster care.

In Southeast Kansas Classic Rock Station U-Rock 99.1 and Fox Sports 1340 AM of Pittsburg, Max 93.5 and 1540 AM Katy Country of Parsons are running KVC Public Service Announcements  to raise awareness and challenge its listeners to help children in foster care during this holiday season.

Talk About Topeka, a Topeka online and radio broadcast invites KVC to share monthly about the need for foster families and ways the community can get involved.  Each month local KVC Community Resource Specialist get to share KVC’s mission and encourage local Topekans to help children in care.

KVC would like to thank all of these radio stations for helping make the holidays better for children in foster care.
