6th Graders Donate Holiday Gift Funds to KVC

Just before the holidays, a group of 6th graders at Bluejacket-Flint Elementary School made projects they could sell as holiday gifts. The students made items including marshmallow shooters and a build your own snowman set. They decided to donate the money they raised to KVC Kansas. Thank you to the 6th graders at Bluejacket-Flint for thinking of children in foster care. The money donated will be used towards our Kid’s Activity Fund, which pays for children in foster care to participate in sports, camps, clubs and other fun activities.

If you are interested in organizing a fundraiser, please contact your local Community Resource Specialist.
