Do you have a success story you would like to share with others? KVC Health Systems wants to hear from you! We are seeking real stories from children, youth, families and staff nationwide about reunification, foster care, adoption, in-home family services, behavioral/mental healthcare, residential psychiatric hospital care, and other services KVC provides.  Submit your stories here.

Once all of the stories have been submitted, a team of external volunteers and communications staff will review all submissions to find the most compelling stories. Multiple stories will then be selected to win a $50 Visa Gift Card!  The categories are listed below:

Reunification: stories from/about birth parents who have or are currently working to overcome challenges and learn healthy skills in order to reunify with their children

Foster Care: stories from/about foster parents who have helped a child grow and thrive, insights into making the decision to foster, working with birth parents towards achieving reunification, and foster parents tips

Adoption: stories from/about adoptive parents who have adopted children from foster care, the process to adopt from foster care, adoptions for teens, siblings groups or children with special needs

Behavioral/mental health: stories from/about children or youth who received treatment for depression, self-harm, mental illness, behavioral issues, etc. either at our psychiatric hospitals or through in-home therapy.
