On June 8th, KVC hosted the Fifth Annual Families United event to celebrate and honor families who have worked diligently to keep their children in the home, safely reintegrate with their children, and families who have provided permanency for children through custodianship.

KVC Kansas has helped safely reunify 1,669 children with their families in the East and Metro Regions over the last year.
Each spring, KVC Kansas hosts appreciation picnics in and around the month of May, which was National Foster Care Month, to recognize and honor foster parents.
