What to Expect in a Connect Parent Group
In Connect Parent Groups, parents and caregivers meet in small groups with two trained leaders for 90 minutes each week over 10 weeks.
- Each week, you’ll focus on a new topic about teen development and the parent-teen relationship.
- You’ll watch role plays, try activities, and join discussions to better understand and handle challenging behaviors.
- You’ll receive a handout at each session with key takeaways to apply at home.
Connect understands that every parent-teen relationship is unique. Instead of offering one-size-fits-all advice, we help you find solutions that work best for your family, support healthy relationships, and set clear boundaries.
Before the program starts, you’ll meet with the group leaders to learn more about how it works and see if it’s the right fit for you.
